Can my existing cabinets be refinished?
Condition, material and the existing finish affect suitability. Send photos of the doors, frames and any damage so we can begin the assessment; an on-site review may be needed.
How long will the kitchen be affected?
The extent of the work, preparation and coating requirements affect the schedule. We’ll discuss access and the planned sequence for your kitchen before starting.
When can I use and clean the cabinets?
Dry-to-touch and fully cured are different stages. Follow the care and use guidance for the selected finish; we’ll discuss this with you rather than give a one-size-fits-all curing promise.
Is refinishing the same as changing the cabinet layout?
No. Refinishing changes the finish of existing cabinetry. Structural changes, new cabinets or layout changes need their own discussion and scope.
What cabinet details are easy to overlook?
End panels, exposed frames, appliance surrounds, toe kicks and island trim all affect the finished appearance. Identify the visible surfaces in the estimate.
