Can several repairs be included in one estimate?
Yes. Send the full list, your priorities and photos of the affected areas. We’ll review what can be included and identify any work outside KSG’s scope.
What if water damage is involved?
The source of moisture needs to be resolved before finishing damaged surfaces. Tell us what happened and whether the cause has been repaired so the next steps can be discussed.
Do you take on every type of renovation?
Each request is reviewed individually. Describe the work and location; we’ll confirm the fit and any additional evaluation needed before agreeing on the scope.
What if I only know what is wrong, not how to fix it?
Describe the symptoms and share photos. The first conversation can help clarify what needs to be assessed before the scope is defined.
Will the estimate include finishing after the repair?
Ask for that to be stated clearly. Texture, trim, priming and painting should be identified when they are part of the completed result.
